Introduction

Coderic is committed to protecting privacy and user experience. This anti-spam policy sets guidelines to prevent unauthorized sending of email, messages, and other unsolicited communications.

Definition of spam

Spam means any unsolicited electronic message sent in bulk, including email, social messages, SMS, and other digital channels that the recipient did not request.

Prohibited practices

Coderic strictly prohibits:

  • Sending unsolicited mass email.
  • Buying, selling, or using mailing lists without explicit consent from recipients.
  • Using techniques to hide the sender’s identity or the origin of the message.
  • Sending repetitive or deceptive messages for commercial, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

All messages sent by Coderic must have the recipient’s explicit consent.

Users may voluntarily subscribe through registration forms on our websites and services.

Every message will include a way to unsubscribe from that communication.

Consequences of violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of the offending user’s account.
  • Legal action under applicable regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Reports to competent authorities and data-protection bodies.

Reporting spam

If you receive a suspicious message that appears to come from Coderic without your consent, report it immediately to [email protected]. We investigate each case and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

Coderic may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in regulation or our communication practices. Users will be notified of material changes.
