Where we are going next.
This is the institutional roadmap — the strategic priorities that guide Coderic's organizational growth through 2026 and beyond. For detailed product roadmaps, growth targets, and quarterly milestones, see the Master Plan 2026 in the Data Room.
Seven Strategic Priorities
Complete Spanish-language portals before internationalization
Coderic's primary market is LATAM. All seven portals must be fully operational in Spanish before expanding to English or other languages. Quality before reach.
Launch Prodaric — First Linux Distribution
Prodaric is Coderic's own Linux distribution based on Fedora — a productivity framework combining CRM, ERP, HRM, CCR, LCM, and CMS into a single integrated system. "Think smart, advance sustainable development." Not reinventing the wheel — building on what works.
Develop Coderic IDE
A development environment designed specifically for the Coderic community of developers — likely based on Eclipse Theia. Built to integrate with the Coderic ecosystem, the incubator workflow, and the OPM (Open Project Management) process.
Expand Cloud Infrastructure Services
Coderic Cloud (coderic.cloud) is expanding its IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings for LATAM enterprises. Infrastructure that is locally owned, regionally priced, and built on open standards — an alternative to hyperscaler dependency for LATAM organizations.
Grow the Incubator
The coderic.dev incubator supports the full lifecycle from idea to commercialized product: I2P (Idea to Product), OPM (Open Project Management), crowdfunding, coworking, freelancer matching, and learning. Each stage must reach operational capacity before the next is scaled.
Strengthen the Developer Community
Community is Coderic's competitive advantage. Growing the LATAM developer network through team.coderic.org, public events, masterclasses, and the Coderic certification track — building the skills base that sustains the incubator and the ecosystem.
Future: AI Domain
A dedicated domain for Coderic's artificial intelligence initiatives is in planning. This will build on the Decabyte origins from 2003 — Coderic's first AI project — and the conversational engineering tradition that inspired the organization's name.
