Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Coderic S.A.S. ("Coderic," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to our website (coderic.org), repositories, community platforms, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Our open source projects are licensed under their respective licenses as specified in each repository. You may use, modify, and distribute these projects in accordance with their specific licenses.

The "Coderic" name, logo, and other trademarks are the property of Coderic S.A.S. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Coderic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting our Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODERIC S.A.S. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coderic S.A.S., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your User Content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombia.
