Coderic Corporate
Coderic Corporate is the institutional name of the nonprofit organization that governs the community, project incubation, and the coderic.org, coderic.dev, coderic.net, and io.coderic.net portals. It operates through participatory democracy and petra clauses that protect the foundational mission. Commercialization of products and services is carried out through Coderic SAS and Coderic S.A. on Company portals.
Software and open source
All software developed under the Coderic organization is released under open source licenses (MIT by default, unless otherwise specified in individual project repositories). Use of the institutional name and logo in open source attribution is encouraged; any other commercial use of the ecosystem name or visual identity requires prior written authorization at [email protected].
Applicable Law
Disputes involving Coderic S.A. are subject to Venezuelan commercial law. Disputes involving Coderic SAS are subject to Colombian commercial law. For cross-border matters, the parties shall determine the applicable jurisdiction in writing at the time of agreement.
