Habeas data and personal data
Rights to access, update, and object to processing of your personal data, and how to contact us to exercise them.
Institutional policy of Coderic S.A. and Coderic SAS; complements the privacy policy.
Scope
This policy explains how individuals can exercise rights over personal data when interacting with Coderic (including Coderic S.A. and Coderic SAS), its portals, and official communications. It complements the privacy policy; both should be read together.
Commitment
Coderic recognises rights associated with habeas data and applicable data-protection frameworks in the jurisdictions where we operate. In particular, the right to request information about processing of your personal data, and access, correction, updating, and deletion where appropriate, as well as reasonable objection to processing that is not needed for the relationship or service you requested.
Rights you may exercise
Depending on the case and applicable law, you may request:
- Access to whether Coderic processes your personal data and, where relevant, essential information about that processing.
- Correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion or objection when processing is not necessary for documented legitimate purposes, or where you withdraw consent in consent-based scenarios.
- Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, without undue retroactive effect.
We do not use your data for purposes you could not reasonably anticipate from your relationship with Coderic (for example support or contracting); details are in the privacy policy.
How to submit a request
Send your request to [email protected] with:
- Contact details (name and email you are writing from).
- A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and, if applicable, the data or service involved.
- Any context or documents that help verify your identity without collecting more than strictly necessary.
We will respond within a reasonable period and tell you if we need minimal extra information to handle the request securely.
Legitimate limits
Some requests may not apply where the law requires retention of certain records (for example tax or security obligations) or where processing is needed to defend rights in proceedings. Where permitted, we will explain the basis for any limitation.
Updates
Coderic may update this policy to reflect legal or practice changes. Current versions are published on this portal.
